Completion of Wanda Shoppingcenters in Fuzhou and Changzhou
HPP Architects have realized two multifunctional shoppingcenters for the Chinese Wanda Group. Both projects already were completed by the end of 2011. The multifunctional complexes were being built in the megacities of Changzhou and Fuzhou and consist of a mixture between retail, hotel and SOHO (small office – home office) as well as entertainment facilities. The complex in Changzhou covers 250.000 m² GFA the one in Fuzhou 300.000 m² GFA.
