Pandion Real Estate and HPP Architects are planning a residential tower in Düsseldorf’s emerging quarter Le Quartier Central. At the beginning of February the 19-storey highrise with 110 apartments was introduced to the public.
In Germany living in the city currently experiences a renaissance and residential highrise buildings more and more gain in importance. The design for the 60 meter highrise derived from an architectural competition which HPP Architects won in 2011. The target was to create an urban structure with three residential towers and sidewise arranged lower building blocks for further apartments and offices. Until fall 2014 the project will be realized on the site between Berty-Albrecht Park and the likewise new created Toulouse Alley.
