A 7-storey office building is currently under construction, immediately next door to the Frankfurt Stock Exchange, that will provide 4100 m² of letting space that can be divided as required. The design concept is expressed through the extra-ordinary facade. The facade that looks out over Meisengasse is traversed by a meandering aluminium band giving the building a high recognition factor. The skin of the Börsentor encases the facade in floor-deep windows that abut each other like scales.
