With a building depth of fourteen meters, this five-story public utility admin-istration building in Lüdenscheid makes possible the variable organization of
its office spaces for the use of individuals or teams, thereby creating a surface use that is very flexible and economical from the standpoint of possible future changes in the function and use of the existing structure.
