







After Swiss Life moved out, the building complex was completely gutted, con-
verted, and expanded. The landmark-protected sections 1 and 2, whose structure defines the surrounding urban space, were upgraded, and section 3 was replaced with a filigree, economical new building. The concept consisted
of the development of a new, central, prestigious access setting leading directly from Leopoldstrasse. The building project realized in the course of the conver-
sion planning facilitated a multifaceted, flexible use pattern.
