The office complex consists of two large structures joined by a glass hall of building height. The eastern section of the building was designed as a block construction with three generously proportioned inner courtyards and a round tower in the north. The complex is bound by a linear, comb-shaped structure in the west that is stepped down towards the neighbouring district of “Düssel-dörfchen” and reflects the brickwork facades of the adjacent residential areas. The 4200 m² atrium is ventilated naturally; extensive planting and the provision of a running stream with a waterfall gives the glazed space a very park-like feel.
