This project in Moscow will be executed on an exposed lot along the Moskva River. The design task consisted of the creation of a crystallization point―a new address within surroundings dominated by massive, prefab concrete buildings. Therefore, the project’s concept contains an attractive mixture of uses, including hotel, residential, and office buildings, as well as recreation and restaurant facilities and a yacht harbor.
