This generously-proportioned housing scheme was constructed on a former derelict industrial site to the south-west of Cologne city centre. Mainly three-storey houses of varied design are arranged attractively along a central stream and are closely integrated into the meadow-like landscaping. The large terraces to the penthouse flats mirror private gardens at ground floor.
