The urban surroundings of the Park Mansions in the Kickerlingsberg district are characterized by Jugendstil buildings and extended green areas. This context, as well as a unique stock of trees, lends the lot on which the seven new build-
ings are located its own special character. Thanks to the extensive surface area of the building’s windows, the broad grounds that open up within the loose arrangement of the Park Mansions may also be enjoyed from the living areas inside the mansions themselves.
